Error 227

So, I've been attempting to play Roblox after factory resetting my laptop and I continue to get an error 227 when entering the game and it is only on this device, it is not my internet. I was playing it fine before the reset and I know I've previously had this when I got the laptop but I don't remember how I fixed it.
