G5 5505 Keyboard Backlight Not Working

Hello, so my Dell G5 has the standard blue lit keyboard but it is not working at all.  Pressing F10 or fn+F10 does not do anything.  There is no option for keyboard brightness or settings in the Windows Mobility Center.  I checked my BIOS and I think it's up-to-date.  I am fairly new to this so I'm not 100% sure but the version is Dell Inc. 1.4.4.  What other solutions would be recommended to get the keyboard backlight to work again.  Thanks in advance.

Was this ever resolved?  I have had my G5 5505 with the red backlit keyboard for about 2 weeks now, and it has stopped working.  As with above, pushing the Fn+F10 key does nothing, however the other functions keys work as expected.
I have checked for Dell updates.  Restarted my laptop a bunch of times.  Checked for Windows updates.

This occurred after bringing my laptop out of standby.

I've tried uninstalling and then reinstalling AWCC as per a suggestion on a Reddit threat I found.  The suggested version was releated in December, 2020.  It hasn't made any difference.

I tried using July 2020 versions of AWCC and OC, but they didn't work. Are there any solutions yet?

After speaking to a Dell tech, what finally fixed it was to unplug all mice and power cords and then press the power button for 30 seconds. Hope that helps anyone else with this issue.

I did contact support and said i was most likely a hardware issue.
