G7-7590 LCD not showing in Nvidia Control panel

Above is my NVidia Control Panel. The internal LCD is not configurable from here for some reason. I'd like to back off the 144hz as I only need it a few times a year when I'm gaming out of town on it. Any other time, I'd rather lower it to save on resources. When attempting to change it in the Windows Settings, the 144hz is locked and not able to be changed. I'm on the latest bios/drivers for all devices. On windows 10 still as well..
