The G7 series do run hot. The following links have more information. I would look into a laptop cooling pad as it would help to have as much air passing through the system as possible.

Thanks for reply. I'm disappointed. It' expensive comparative with Asus or Msi( same configuration) ...and the result is a big disappointment.
