How to cancel order

Hi

I placed an order for Dell inspiron 14 5482 yesterday and made the payment online. I received no confirmation from Dell neither did I receive any shipping details from CompuIndia. After much struggle for 7 hours today it is mentioned by Compuindia that my laptop will be shipped only after 4 weeks while the Dell customer service agent said they received my order and it will be shipped in 4-5 days.

I need to cancel my order as it is not shipped or even processed. Does anyone know how to cancel and about the refund policy? I have e-mailed the customer care but I am sure they would not respond

This is a USA user to user forum with moderators not Dell Sales. You did not order directly from Dell so you might have to deal with the reseller. Call them in India to cancel or to find out the policy.
