Incorrect Start Date for Warranty for Dell Inspiron 13 7000

I bought a Dell Inspiron 13 7000 from Walmart a week ago (July 2019).  However, when I register the product at Dell.com - it shows the warranty expiring on Aug 19 2019 - in a few weeks.

The warranty should expire in 2020 July.

I have a receipt of purchase of new system at the end of July 2019.  Can the warranty dates be Fixed?

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Aashim

Contact Customer Service in your region. The system sold at other than a Dell source show the ship dates to the retailer. If you have proof of sale it should be easy for them to correct. Also try posting your question in Customer Care as this forum is for tech support.

Thank you for the response. Appreciate it. I will contact customer service on the forum below.

No one had responded to my PM as well.

Appreciate your reply.

Also do you know if the Dell Inspiron 13 7000 7370 touchscreen not working is a software issue or could it be hardware issue as well?

I don't see the touchscreen listed in the Device Manager. I've installed all Dell drivers on their support website.

Thanks. I will try all the methods listed on the page.

Also do you recommend a clean install on Dell Laptops?  Should I try that using Windows Installation media?

I'm assuming I can download the drivers from the Dell Website and then use a Windows bootable disk to install clean windows?  Is there any problem with doing this on Dell Laptops?  Appreciate your help.
