Inspiron 14 7425 iTunes keeps crashing when iPhone connected

I was experiencing the same issue. My Iphone XS was crashing when attempting to connect via iTunes on Windows 10.

The fix for me was to go into my iPhone settings. Go Settings

Select 'Reset all settings'. (This will not erase any content on your device). Make sure you DO NOT select 'Erase all content and settings'!!!

Your Iphone will restart after resetting the settings. Voila! Now you can connect your Iphone to Itunes and do a backup and sync your data.

Thanks for your response Adrian.  I gave it and try and still no luck.  iTunes still crashes when I connect my phone.

I recommend a complete reinstall with ISO Downloaded from Microsoft Official Webstite
