Inspiron 3451: BIOS update for SSD compatibility in UEFI mode
Hello to a Dell agent!
I'm currently having issue regarding in booting my laptop in SSD on UEFI mode. When I install Windows in UEFI mode, my laptop only stuck in "Dell logo" when I starting up my device, but when I install Windows in legacy mode, it boots without any problem. I need to use UEFI mode because I can't install the serial IO driver as it's required in installing a driver for my touchpad.
I know that my laptop only supports HDD in UEFI mode, but I hope that SSD supports it in that mode.
May I request for a final BIOS update for my laptop which fixes this issue? I'm really begging for an update. Hoping you will create one
Thank you in advanced!
