Hello sir,

I have a dell inspiron 3542 series laptop and using windows 10 pro OS .I am not able to understand why my nvidia graphics is not using its memory for Video playing and processing.I have change its properties from "Nvidia Control Setting".

is it not supporting my laptop ?

I request you to kindly guide me through some solutions.
