Inspiron 5749 hard drive failure

dear all,

My Laptop has failed to boot after complete reset and when i tried to reinstall windows 10. Currently the tech support has advised to change the hard drive kindly can you suggest if i can use the following?

Have you looked at how easy or difficult it is to replace the hard drive on your model laptop? With some laptops, it requires almost a complete disassembly. .
