Inspiron 7580 - can not install the update released last June 2019
I can not update the BIOS of my Dell Inspiron 7580. The System BIOS was released 27 June 2019. I downloaded the executable file "Inspiron_7380_7580_1.8.0" to my desktop and double-clicked on it... the hourglass appeared for a 2-3 seconds but nothing else happened. Please, I need help to install the critical update

Generally with BIOS updates even though the process is started in Windows, it must be completed in "DOS". The computer should reboot.

Note 1: Before updating the BIOS, ensure that you suspend BitLocker encryption on a BitLocker-enabled system.
