Laptop crash out of box, waited 30 days to open package

Let me return and wouldn't install programs. Mouse pad didn't work either. I called tech support. They couldn't figure it out. Hours later, blacked out. customer care refused to help and hung up on me. I called over next 2 days. Talked to many. Hung up on again. It was clearly defective. I spent at least 6 hours. I was in hospital and couldn't open laptop package until 30 days exactly. It wouldn't boot up forever.
