N5110 internet speed

Hi to all, I have Inspiron N5110 running windows 7. My ISP offer me 200Mbps, but on my PC when I check speed, on wifi connection is 25-35Mbps and with cable not more than 65Mbps. The technical from ISP said that my PC is too old, and when I checked on Ipad the speed was 200Mbps. Is any way to increase the speed on my PC? Thank you in advance

Thank you for your answer. But my PC runs win7 and I do not want (also I do not how) to upgrade to win10. My PC work very well with actual configuration. I order on line this: TP-Link Mini - AC600 USB 2.0 Wifi Adapter | 2.4G/5G Dual Band Wireless Network Adapter for PC Desktop | Mini Travel Size | Supports Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7, XP / Mac OS X 10.9-10.14 (Archer T2U Nano) Do you think will solve my speed issue? Thanks again
