This issue can be resolved by switching your Realtek audio driver with Windows native driver (High Definition Audio Device). Follow the steps below to switch the audio driver.
Go to Device Manager.
Expand Sound, Video and Game controllers.
Right click RealtekAudio and click Update driver.
Click Browse my computer for driver software.
Click Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer.
Select High Definition Audio Device and then Next to complete.
