Windows Hello Dell Inspiron 15 3584
Boa tarde,
Caros, tenho um notebook Dell Inspiron 15 3584 e não consigo ativar a função Windows Hello.
Faço todo o passo a passo, parece que não aceita.
Podem me informar se pode ser a versão do SO ou driver?

There is a driver here that is required. Are you sure that you have the fingerprint reader? Have you ever been able to use the reader? I ask because it was an option on your model. Go to the support page and type in your service tag number. Look at the system configuration list and make sure that it was installed on your system. The support page for Portugal is here.
