VLAN Tagging and Isilon Access Zones

We have a new NL400 v7.1.1.1 cluster and want to do SMB tenant Access Zones with each Zone configured for a /27 network ( using 10GB interfaces).   The System Zone is on a different /24 network( using 1GB interfaces ) and will be for mgmt and SyncIQ only.    The default route has the /24 gateway and when I try to connect to one of the /27 zones ip's it timesout.     I have tried adding static routes to each pool, but unless I have unique addresses and no overlap there are issues connecting.     How do I get the Isilon to answer client request to a specfic access zone using that access zones gateway for its route.   May have 20 access zones with 20 /27 networks each with there own gateways.

OneFS 7.2 has introduced "source based routing" for these kind of scenarios.

Why not try that out on the virtual nodes/simulator.

(There was a note that the downloadable 7.2 simulator has some problem

installing or  booting; don't know wether it has been fixed.

I started from a 7.1.1 simulator and did a regular code upgrade to 7.2.)

There is only one default gateway so you will need to set static routes or try SBR in 7.2 as Peter suggested. I am curious to see how SBR works on Isilon, it works pretty good on VNX (it's called IP Reflect)
