"Two or more target policies were found matching identifier"

We've recently upgraded a couple of clusters from 7.2.1.5 to 8.0.0.5 - during which a SyncIQ policy was disabled. After the upgrade when attempted to run it, the SyncIQ failed and the policy has since been deleted.

Now when we try to remove the local target on the other cluster, we get "Two or more target policies were found matching identifier".

When running isi sync target list, we can see 3 instances with the same name.  Anyone know how to remove these, or where we can rename them so they can be deleted?

Thanks in advance!

@Tryon.Chesnutt

Thank you so much.
I was able to get rid of a duplicate sync target by following your updated link.

Cheers!
