7670m performance / specification issue

Problem: AMD 7670m in my Vostro has only 400 shaders and 20 TMUs (instead of 480 and 24 respectively)

I have Vostro 3560 laptop with AMD graphics card - Radeon 7670m with 1GB of Samsung DDR3 memory. Recently I noticed that it seems to have 400 shaders instead of 480 and 20 TMUs instead of 24.

All the specs I've found online shows that 7670m have 24 TMUs and 480 shaders, same thing on all proper (with AMD GPU enabled) GPU-Z / HWiNFO screenshots I've seen in Google search (including some with Dell laptops!).
Also recently I checked it on a Samsung laptop with 7670m 1GB DDR3 - it has 24 TMUs and 480 shaders and of course higher reported texture fillrate.

I compared it with different Dell and AMD drivers and GPU-Z / HWiNFO versions, all shows same results on my Win 7 and 10 x64. With all drivers (auto-installed by windows, latest Dell's and latest AMD's) system reported only 400 shaders and 20 TMUs.
Attached are screenshots from my Vostro (Win 7 & 10) and colleague’s Samsung (Win 10).

Do you also have 7670m in your laptop? Help by posting here your GPU-Z screenshot!

If you also have 7670m in your laptop (Inspiron 3521/3721/5521/5721/5520/5525/7520 or Vostro 2521/3560 or any other), please post here a screenshot with your GPU-Z results. For proper results you need to assign 'High performance' profile to GPU-Z.exe in AMD settings / CCC and start 'PCI-Express render test' in GPU-Z - just press question mark next to 'Bus interface' (marked with red '1' on screenshot) and press start button. Screenshot button is marked with '2'.

If you are an IT ninja / work 4 Dell / know what's going on, help me bring my laptop to its full value!

Does it mean that my graphics card is crippled?
Can you point me to a tool that would let me verify this e.g. on Linux?
I think that the number of used TMUs and shaders should be controlled by GPUs BIOS / firmware. How can I get full GPU performance?
