Alienware M18X R2 GPU Overheating.
My Alienware M18X R2 runs normally at 55°C (Checked using CPUID HWMonitor) but while playing games like Shadow of Mordor, it's smooth in the start but after 10 - 15 minutes the game starts to lag (I have even tried the minimum graphic settings), So I checked my GPU Temperature it reached 96°C, once it goes below 90°C the games runs smoothly. This is very annoying, I have cleaned the cooling fans too, didn't help. I need a solution to this please?!?!
When I bought it, i didn't have this issue. I played many games on Ultra, like Crysis 3 - Bioshock Infinite - The Witcher 2 - Battlefield 3 - Battlefield 4, never had a issue. But I have been facing this problem since the past month or two.
Specifications:
Operating System: Windows 8.1
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3610QM CPU @ 2.30GHz
Ram: 16GB DDR3
Graphic Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 675M (2GB)
Storage: 2TB
P.S I have updated my drivers too.
