Hey guys, I have got the problem with Inspiron 3135, beep sequence goes 2 long 2 short 3 long 2 short 3 long 2 short. Anyone has got an idea what it could be? Thx for help

Try reseating the memory - unplug the system, remove the battery and hold the power button for 30 sec. Remove and reinstall both memory modules and try powering up thereafter. If you cannot then get the system to power up, the mainboard is bad.
