Bluetooth disabled- dell15r
I am unable to turn Bluetooth on under wireless devices,Bluetooth on off option is visible but i can't access the switch,

Hi Sumaiya fathima,
Inspiron 15R is a series of 15” laptops. Every system has a specific model number, For example: Inspiron 15R 7520, Inspiron 15R 5520, Insprion 15R 5537. I would request you to help me with the exact system model number and the Operating System installed.
