My Dell XPS 13 can't detect my Sony Bluetooth headphones - anyone else had this problem and know how to fix it?

Hi,
Are you able to connect a different Bluetooth device on the system? Also is the Sony Bluetooth headphones working on different Bluetooth?
First consider reinstalling the Bluetooth drivers on the system. Please enter your service tag # on the link below, select the OS and then download the wireless card and Bluetooth driver from Network section onto the system and install it.
