Intel Pentium III 850mhz  CPU 495pin.

I read a couple other posts that users had tried using,or looking to use a 1Ghz CPU,not sure if it will work though.

I know some people are mentioning the numbers under the memory slots to deternine the upgrade of the CPU. I was able to get the following numbers from the memory slots

slot 1 - (DS/N TW-01D197-12800-170-6061
              DP/N 01D197 C/O TW)

Slot 2 - (DS/N TW-07C456-12800-170-6061
              DP/N 07C456 C/O TW

I hope this help to determine the CPU upgradable

This one supports up to a mobile P3 1 GHz CPU.  Note:  the mobile P3 is NOT the same CPU as the mobile P3-m, which won't fit on this board and was used in the successor models (C610/C810).

Read above - no.  Only the mobile P3 works - NOT the mobile P3-m.

I was wondering if the laptop only takes PC100 SDRAM. Would the laptop run PC133 SDRAM?

Thanks again
