Can't install turbo boost technology on Intel Core i7-720QM

Hello there!

I previously clean installed a Windows 7 64 bit on my Dell Precision M4500 on my laptop because my technician mistakenly installed a 32 bit on it. When i installed intel turbo boost on my 32 bit., it works.
 But when i tried to install Turbo Boost in my newly 64 bit laptop it shows the message: "Installation cannot continue because this computer does not have a processor with Intel Turbo Boost Technology capability". It supposed to have a turbo boost technology because my processor totally supports Turbo Boost. You can confirm in intel web page that my processor supports turbo boost : http://ark.intel.com/products/43122/Intel-Core-i7-720QM-Processor-6M-Cache-1_60-GHz 

I already enabled my turbo boost in my bios.
