Cannot use Dell Recovery with Sandisk Cruzer Glide 32BG
I recently purchased my Dell XPS 12 and while trying to make a backup disk I get an error saying no disk. I see the usb hdd and it is assigned as D:\ on my system. It also wont work with an external HDD. This laptop doesn't have a optical drive so what do I do?

Hi Danjh
Please check and let me know if you have any data on the sandisk drive. This drive should be completely empty and exclusive used for back up only. Also check if the drive works in other environments ( For E.g. copying documents and music)
