Cant receive files via bluetooth on DELL INSPIRON 15 3521

I ve recently purchased Dell inspiron 15 3521 , Im unable to receive files via bluetooth because the Bluetooth File Transfer Access Authorization message is not displayed which would allow me to authorise set files. Im able to send files,pair with other device and my pc appears in other devices too. I ve tried many of the Dell's troubleshooting methods. please help!!!I love this pc
