Clearing bad UEFI variable

Hello,

I have a E6420 laptop that has a bad value written to an EFI variable. Specifically, the data in Boot0007 is somehow not good. As a result when I attempt to boot the machine, it goes through the POST, the POST screen is cleared with a black screen but then halts. I assume the firmware is attempting to parse that bad value and fails.

During the POST, you can select F12 for one-time boot, the text appears in the upper right but same result (black screen). Same thing with F2, Del, etc.

I've already tried pulling the CMOS battery, which didn't work. I didn't expect it to but had to try.

Is there a way to clear out this bad variable from UEFI? This is a test machine so wiping everything is fine. Once I get it to boot anything again, even another UEFI application, I'll be all set.

Thanks,
