Crash and only boots in safe mode
I have a year old Inspiron 15 R. I was trying to load Norton 360 when it crashed. I can't figure out how to get it to work in other than safe mode. It keeps saying an error was found loading windows. I was running win 8.1. Thoughts?

Hi,
Let us try restoring the system back to the date when it was working fine. Preferably a date before installing the Norton Software. You can do that from the safe mode too. http://abt.cm/PtMBP7 will help you with the steps for the same.
Let me know how it goes. We would take it further based on the result.
