DCP - shuts down my wireless connection

Hello ,

 

I just bought a Dell e4300 (off lease) and my wireless connection keeps dropping . Is there a bug with DCP ? does anybody else have this issue?

Hi,

Welcome to the Community. Have you tried updating the wireless card driver? Below is the link to the drivers for your system, select you operating system, and the correct wireless card before downloading and installing. The wireless drivers are under Network.

Dell Control Point is really not a needed program. If you do not use this program, then you can uninstall it and let Windows manage your connection.

 

How can I disable wireless configuration services and enable the Windows XP Wireless Zero Configuration services
