Dell 15" Touch Laptop, Win 8.1 Intel Core i5 8GB RAM, won't start

Yesterday when I tried to turn on my computer it refused to turn on. The charging light is not coming on. I removed the battery and it will not start from just AC power either. Somtimes the light comes on as it it is going to start but goes straight back off and at other times it comes on but never boots up as if it is in perpetual sleep mode. Anybody have any ideas?
