Dell D600 won't power up
when I press the power button on the D600 it shows all the lights on then after about ten seconds they all go out again without anything showing on the csreen one of the light on the extreme right of the right hand screen hinge cover is a blue crossed flag can you tell me what this means

Reseat the memory module(s) (under the M door) and verify that the AC adapter is OK (LED ON before the notebook end is plugged in). If the LED isn't on, replace the adapter with a new one.
Still nothing? Try without the battery. If that works, replace the battery with a new one.
If still nothing, you have a bad mainboard.
