Dell E6410 Rubber Feet. Dell Refuses to replace

The feet of the base of my Dell E6410 have come off and is scratching my desk. My laptop is fully covered under warranty under Complete Care but Dell Tech support are refusing to replace this stating that this is not covered under warranty. I don't get it are the feet not a part of a laptop? Has anyone faced such issues in the past with Dell Support?

Just an update to this situation. Allan was a great help and processed my request for replacement bumper pads by replacing my backplate. Reinforces my faith in Dell after Dell's own support refused to replace it under warranty.
