Dell E6420 & E6220 Windows 7 x64 will not boot while docked.
I have 2 laptops that hang during the boot process while docked in E-port replicator. They both are fresh OS reloads with current BIOS & drivers. They both boot fine undocked. I get the POST splash screens and then blank. I can pop the laptop out of the docking station which causes the boot to 'unfreeze' immediately and finish. Have tried changing the power settings for max performance per other threads, but that makes no difference. Seems ridiculous to have to reseat the laptop every time it needs restarted.. Any suggestions?

Hello,
Did we try a different dock? Please ensue there is nothing else connected to dock apart from the projector.
Can you please load BIOS defaults and let me know if it helped.
