Dell Inspiron 14z - No Dell Logo when booting up...just blue screen and arrow icon appear

Dell Inspiron 14z - No Dell Logo when booting up...just blue screen and arrow icon appear I only have this boot-up problem after using a different internet wireless connection at a different location. Once I return to my home and my normal WiFi connection, my laptop refuses to boot-up for at least 24-48 hours. Why is my laptop acting this way and what solutions do you have for a quick fix?
