Dell Latitude D600 yellow question marks in Device Manager
"Ethernet Controller", "Network Controller", "PCI Modem" and "Video Controller (VGA Compatible)" all have yellow question marks next to them. I've fixed this problem before, but I can't remember how. It involved going to pcidatabase.com and entering the vendor ID/device ID, but I'm having trouble remembering the way I did it. Is the problem that I need to download certain drivers, but that I need to find which ones those drivers are first? The ven_id and dev_id's for the above listed things are, in order: 14e4&16a6, 8086&1043, 8086&24c6, 1002&4c66, if that helps.

pcidatabase.com can't resolve these issues by itself - it can only tell you exactly what your devices are so you can find the proper drivers. You need to install drivers for Windows to know what devices are and how to use them.
What version of Windows have you installed?

You can get the drivers here:
http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04/product-support/product/latitude-d600/drivers
Install the Notebook System Software (System Utilities):
http://downloads.dell.com/utility/R154270.EXE
Then Chipset:
http://downloads.dell.com/chipset/R114079.EXE
Then the others in any order, and according to your specific configuration.
