Dell Latitude D610 motherboard replacement

Hello all,

Last week I bought a new motherboard for a Dell Latitude D610. (not the D620 or D600.) I've followed a lot of guides on how to replace it, but nothing worked. The motherboard I bought came without the frame-- it was just the board itself. I can't get the board off of the frame, and that's getting in the way of everything.

Is there a way I can replace the motherboard without having to get some extra parts (i.e. a frame)?
