Dell Latitude w/Windows 7 - Internet Issue
Hi evryone!! ....and I am a Moron.......While trying to delete an unwanted toolbar that was a hidden add on to a program I downloaded, My Internet Explorer is now not on my desktop (but still on the hard drive) and will not re-install. I am accessing the internet through my Avast Safe Secure Access. I receive this message:
C:\users\MIKCA~1\AppData\local\Temp\7zSA9E5.tmp\setup-stub.exe
What am I missing so I can fix this moronic error......Thank you.....

I just bought this as a Refurb from DELL and the System Restore was never set up from the factory......I have used this very little in the last few weeks since I had received it......so there is no restore point....thats the first thing I tried. Plus they did not send me any discs......So I need to find a download for Windows 7...of some sort.....

If you bought it from Dell, there should be a restore partition.
