Dell Precision M3800 battery charging
My Dell Precision M3800 system says that the battery charging has been temporarily disable. But, I can't find a way to enable it. Whenever I unplug the power brick from the system, the system shuts down. I have to carry the power brick in the last several weeks. Please help.

Hi,
Thank you for writing to us!
We would suggest you to first flash the BIOS. If that doesnt fix the issue that there could be a problem with the battery and the my system board.

Thank you for your help. I have flash my laptop to BIOS Rev A10. The problem still persist. I will send you my service tag number.
