Dell Venue 7130 Tablet/Laptop USB Port no longer works

I'm not sure what caused this, but my venue 11 pro now acts as if the USB port does not exist. No messages when I put a USB in, Take it out ...just nothing, no response at all from windows 10 upon plugging something in. I'm not incompetent either, I've checked on device manager for anything flagged up and ran troubleshooting on hardware through windows as well as try multiple devices.

For the life of me, I cannot get this USB port to act like it has anything plugged in. I've even tried a brand new Windows 10 install.

Really, Really confused right now
