Dell Warranty

I have had a M6400 Precision laptop for 2 years with a 3 year international 24/7 warranty. I have tried using my warranty that costs as much as a cheap reliable laptop and this is where Dell breech contracts and do not honour their false advertising. I have emailed as many tech support addresses and customer support groups as possible without replies. The only other method of contact is a premium charge chat line number that is not available at weekends.

I work as an instructor at Cambridge University training leadership skills so I get an ideal opportunity to display Dells products and service during my lessons and so far Dells name is reflected by their actions so far. This is an experience that future leaders will use in their own decision making processes.
