Dell XPS 12 touchpad coating pear off

I just using 2 week of my new XPS 12, 2 week ago, found my touchpad coating pear off.

Really disappointed of Dell product. only 2 week already have cosmetic issue.

I need a good answer from Dell, how the doing the reliability test for touchpad & how to resolve these issue?
