Dell XPS L502X Touch Screen, random click issues
So there is no solution form dell on this? http://en.community.dell.com/support-forums/laptop/f/3518/t/19434838.aspx
like seriously?
Can we demand a replacement of the device at least?
I too have XPS 15 L502x and have been facing the issue since day one of purchase i.e March 17th 2012!!
I take it to the service center and they keep telling they formatted the windows they they do and change the parts but there has been no improvement except for the worst!!!!!
I recently installed windows 8 on my laptop and it has become twice worse than BEFORE!!!!!!
I payed money for this piece junk of man. I need a solution!!!!

Well, until now Dell has tryed to replace my screen twice, but both replacement screens come damaged. So I am waiting for the third replacement. I will tell you the end of the history ;-)
