Dell: even the bag is bugsy (Premier for XPS15)

I bought the expensive bag (sleeve) for XPS15. I was wandering... how could they put a software bug in it? :)

The bug is not in the software but in the magnetic closure that is too weak and reopens even if not wanted.

Dell is alway Dell...

Our apologies that the bag is non-functioning. You have 30 days from the invoice date to request a refund from Dell Customer Service in your country.

Thanks for having replied me.

I payed about 40€ for the bag, I am not going to start endless waitings at the phone and related discussions with the normally ostile Dell service for it.

It seems right however to inform Dell that a good product had a bad implementation. Maybe that someone can fix it in the future productions.
