Dell speakers are not working - Worst service --- No 1 fraud

hi all,

i purchased DELL Laptops 10 months ago now it's speaker are not working i complained so many times now they are trying to make me fool and telling me so many terms and conditions,, at the time of purchase they didn't tell me any terms and conditions and now at the time of repairing they are telling so many terms. they also didn't mentioned in user manual. i think DELL are using low quality hardware.

so i want to tell customers who are planning to purchase DELL Laptops. Don't purchase DELL Laptops. DELL is no.1 fraud go with a better brand instead.
