Dell support chat system down?

I have been trying to reach Dell chat support for my M1730 every day since wed, sept 8th and have quite a few hours waiting for a chat representative.  is there a problem with the Dell support system?  I had issues in July and contacted chat support and got parts and was taken care of at that time but have recurring video issues and cannot seem to reach them now.  I am deaf and require chat or email to get support.  I have emailed several times also and not received a reply.  the video goes blank after 2-3 minutes from a cold start and once it fails, I can no longer get video at all.  any help here?

Make sure you are using Internet Explorer with all pop up blockers disabled. I've found it doesn't work with Firefox or any other browser. Contact Chat Support again for more help. If you can use TTY here's the number for support--
