Disk Usage 100% - Please Help

Hi,

a month ago I bought a laptop and from the beginning the task manager is 100% disk performance.

Everything is slow to turn and when uruchamianu further programs or files temporarily suspended laptop and CPU usage jumps to 100% for a while. Housing laptop all the time is very warm.

I updated to Windows 10 and the problem still is not solved

I tried to install CrystalDiskInfo, antivirus removes I downloaded the installation of instalki.pl
