Does my Studio 1535 Laptop support sim card slot under battery
I've looked at a number of threads, but am unsure if my set-up supports taking my 3G 3mobile sim from it's usb stick and placing it directly into my laptop. I am running Windows 7 Ultimate, which I installed over the factory supplied Vista. The rest of my set up details are below, thanks in advance!

You'll need to purchase the mini-PCI WWAN card to go inside the system - you can't use the internal SIM socket without that.

What did those threads say???? That you need the WWAN. Did you pay extra for the WWAN card? It is an option. It isn't free.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You should be ashamed!!!!!!!!!!!!
You are insulting and unhelpful to someone who actually had a point! Having spoken to dell to purchase the required component they have assured me that the card I need is already installed and in the list I supplied is called the Wireless : Dell Wireless 1510 (802.11n) Half Mini Card European. It did come pre-installed and was not an optional extra.
Is this a WWAN? I guess it is, but I came to this forum because I do not know everything about computers, and now know that even with your God complex neither do you.
If your only reason for replying to posts is to belittle people then its time you get therapy.
