Driver unrecognized Inspiron 17r5720
I am having issues with a driver titled BCM43142A0, which I have since found out has something to do w/Bluetooth. My 17r5720 does not recognize it. please help :)

Hi Rie4510,
Please check in Device manager if the Device has any exclamation marks on it. I request you to provide me the Hardware ID of that device. Right click the Device , click “Properties”, select “Details” tab, click the dropdown menu under “Property” and select “Hardware Ids”, please take a screen shot and post it in the reply, so that I can search for the right drivers.
Also post the operating system installed in the computer.
