Hi Mdshahadat,
Thank you for writing to the Dell Community Forum.
Please go to our support site using this link http://dell.to/1n3X2po, enter the service tag of the system. Click on Drivers and Downloads, please check if the operating system is listed. As if it is not listed, then the system model is not been tested on that particular operating system you’ve installed. However, if it listed you can select it and refer to this link http://dell.to/2uKXIf5 to install the drivers in the correct order. You can also use the Dell System Detect to install the drivers automatically. For the SM Bus Controller, you’ll have to install the Chipset Driver and install the card reader driver for USB 2.0 CRW. The unknown device should be installed, once you install the drivers from the correct order link or the Dell System Detect.
