E6400 Latitude Dual Monitors Docking

Many issues with docking and DVI monitors from a dual DVI docking station.  Laptop locks up when undocked.  Will not come back up when redocking.  Screen resolution changes on one monitor, One monitor will not come back on, changes your default monitor to the second one.  The list goes on and on and on.  My guess is XP pro and Vista along with the video drivers do not support plug and play dual monitors with the E6400 latitudes.  In short I think Dell has an issue with the E6400 and dual monitor capabilities.
